By buying from Carat Confidential (caratconfidential.com) you agree to these terms.

Products are lab-grown diamonds as described on each product page. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If we ship the wrong stone or a stone that does not match the listing, contact us and we will correct that order.

We ship anywhere in the United States for a flat $14.99. We do not ship outside the USA. Title and risk pass to you when the carrier picks up the package.

Payment is processed through Shopify. You agree to provide accurate checkout information.
