An oval carries brilliant-style sparkle in a longer outline that can look larger than a round of the same weight and flatters the finger. Check the length-to-width ratio on each listing (around 1.3–1.5 is the familiar oval), and use the 360° video to judge the "bow-tie" shadow across the center.
